Sanjay Nandrajog

Sanjay Nandrajog is the Chief Executive Officer of Crest Digitel, bringing over 38 years of experience across the telecom, telecom infrastructure, consumer, restaurant, and rural sectors.

He has successfully handled large businesses in high-growth sectors and led the launch of international brands like Del Monte and Pizza Express in India. His career includes key roles at Bharti Enterprises, PepsiCo, ICI, and Tata.

Sanjay is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.

Chief Commercial Officer

Vineet Sirpaul

Vineet Sirpaul is the Chief Commercial Officer at Crest Digitel and heads Corporate Sales, Strategic Partnerships, and the Institutional Business vertical. With over 29 years of experience in the telecom industry, he has expertise in Sales, Business Transformation, Supply Chain Management, Turnkey Projects, Manpower Outsourcing, and Business Development. His career spans renowned organizations such as Tata Communications, Nutek India Limited, and Lucent Technologies. Additionally, Vineet is a member of the GLG Council, where he provides honorary expert advice on the telecom infrastructure industry.

Vineet holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Mumbai and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IILM, Delhi. He is also an alumnus of IIT-Delhi’s Centre for Management Studies, where he earned a certificate in the Executive Program in Advanced Project Management.

Chief Technology Officer

Kousik Gupta

Kousik Gupta is the Chief Technology Officer of Crest Digitel Private Limited.

He is a telecom professional with more than 32 years of experience and has worked across geographies as CTO, Head Planning & Project Management, and Head Network Integration in Telecom Operator companies like Airtel, Reliance, and Idea Cellular. He was also associated with Alcatel Lucent and CCI, Canada for Indian & Overseas assignments in Technology & Business Development roles. In a brief stint in Andrew Yule (A Govt. of India Enterprise) he engaged with leading government customers like BSNL/ MTNL, Railways, GAIL, ONGC & Coal India. He has rich experience in 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G RF, MW, and Fibre Transmission technology. Kousik has been responsible for many successful launches of Mobile services and the merger of Tata & Telenor with the Airtel network.

He is a graduate of Kolkata University and has done his post-graduation in Telecom Management from ICFAI University.

Chief Financial Officer

Nishchint Khanna

Nishchint is a Chartered Accountant with 32 + years of experience across sectors including Oil & Gas, Telecom, Cement, Sugar, Airport and Pulp & Paper. He has extensive experience in Funding & Treasury, Business Finance, Finance Controllership, Taxation, Supply Chain, Shared Services and Business transformation projects.

He was CFO at Great Eastern Energy before joining Crest Digitel. He has worked for large Corporates including Aircel, Dalmia Cement, Delhi International Airport – GMR, Hutchison Essar and Ballarpur Industries.

Chief Supply Chain Officer

Amit Raman Jha

Amit is a seasoned Supply Chain and Business leader and brings with him more than 22 years of rich and diverse experience in Global Sourcing and Procurement, Strategic Partnership, Contract Management, P&L, War on waste, MSC and Data Centre Infrastructure, Fibre Factory, wind Solar Cell Sites, Process Automation and digitization in Logistics and asset management, warehouse Transformation, own Retail footprint extension and IOT based Technology adoption for Business Operations.

He has worked for multiple lines of Business in the Telecom and Infrastructure industry, having held leadership roles in prominent corporations such as Ericsson, and Telesonic Networks Limited and more than a decade of experience with Bharti Airtel Limited spanning multiple lines of business, honed through diverse leadership positions held across different geographical regions.

Amit is an Alumnus of a Prestigious Institution of the Armed Forces “ The CMM”, Jabalpur, and IIM Kolkata.

Head - Human Resources

Pragya Verma

Pragya Verma is the Head of Human Resources at Crest Digitel, bringing almost two decades of diverse experience and a proven track record of managing large-scale HR operations and building Performance and culture-focused organizations spanning across Telecommunications, FMCG, and Manufacturing. Before joining Crest Digitel, Pragya held pivotal roles at GSK Consumer Healthcare, DelMonte and Tata Chemicals, where she spearheaded initiatives in Talent Management, Employer Branding, and Organizational Development.

She is a dynamic leader with expertise in Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and HR Automation. Pragya has successfully led transformation projects, aligned HR strategies with business goals, and played a key role in driving CSR and DEIB initiatives to enhance organizational impact. An alumnus of Welingkar Institute of Management, Pragya holds an MBA in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Botany from Hansraj College, Delhi University.
